Image 1 is a coned down image of the base of the 5th metacarpal.  There is a cominuted fracture at the base of the 5th metacarpal (blue arrows) with minimal ulnar displacement of the distal fracture fragment.  The fracture appears to extend intraarticularly.  In the lateral image (2), there is mild volar (palmer) angulation of the distal fracture fragment (large blue arrow).

DIAGNOSIS:  5TH METACARPAL FRACTURE
